GlobalWorx Foundation is actively working to create, save, and protect jobs for working people worldwide. Here is what we are doing, how we operate, and how every dollar is used.
501(c)(3) Nonprofit · EIN 42-2529053 · Committed to 85%+ program spending · Open-book accountability
Joseph Radic spent 30 years watching capital flow toward the top — and watching the working people who built this country get left behind. He has sat in hedge fund offices and on factory floors. He has bought and sold businesses built by tradespeople. He knows exactly what is at stake.
GlobalWorx Foundation was not built to be another charity. It was built to be a fighting organization — one that acquires businesses to protect the jobs inside, trains workers in skills that automation cannot replace, and gives small business owners the capital and support they need to survive.
Today, GlobalWorx Foundation is screening business acquisitions, developing workforce training curriculum, and conducting outreach to veterans and displaced workers across the country. We are building the infrastructure for durable, verifiable impact — and every number we report will be published, independently verified, and available to any donor who asks.
"We don't measure success by how much money we raise. We measure it by how many people still have jobs because of what we did."
